Its the SIXTH sense...

All the growth that we see today, is because of our SIXTH sense. Its that which differentiates us from other animals.. We, have been evolving because of this sixth sense..

And at the same time, it is the sixth sense which never allows us to remain happy for long. It works and works and works and somehow makes us to think that we miss something.. It is this feeling that has led us to so many discoveries and inventions and at the same time it is the one which gives us a sense of restlessness. A feeling of insecurity that something is still there - 'undiscovered'.

It lets you discover the world around you. It lets you to invent your own world. But at times, it can go crazy that it creates lot of illusions and imaginative world around you.

The whole point is keeping this sixth sense inactive even though you know how much it is capable of. In spite of fully knowing what it can do, you should try not to use it. When it tries to observe, compare, analyze, judge, conclude, condemn you should consciously stop it and say "Stop honey! Be relaxed and be happy! Just enjoy THE moment!"..

Thats, the art of meditation - controlling your mind.

Positive thinking

What exactly is being positive?

Cheating one's own self that everything - 'all people and their thoughts and activities' are all good?Assuming that everyone is thinking good? Assuming that everything is good? I dont think so..

Positive approach in life does not mean that all things/people are good. Which would mean that there is nothing called 'bad'. Well.. thats not the case. Positive approach essentially means thinking that 'everything happens for good'.

So, you actually know whether someone around you is thinking good for you or doing something bad for you. You actually have the discretion to differentiate between good and bad. And the positive approach makes you "not to worry" about bad things and just take only good things around you. Just believe that things are happening for your own goodness. And that no negativity can disrupt your happiness.
